Job description
Our client manages some of the UK's largest businesses and they trust them with their critical infrastructure and they are looking for a talented New Business Sales Manager who is capable of building a team with the right skillset to win even more.
They care deeply about our people, customers and operate in a fast moving and dynamic environment and we need someone who thrives in the unknown, yet can also bring structure and knowledge to this critical area of there business.
How will I add value in this role?
- Manage Lead and develops a Team of Enterprise New Business sales to deliver revenue and margin targets within
Experienced Sales Leader with an eye for creative lead development and a structured apporach to Sales management.
Owns and delivers on required sales targets, manages a complex pipeline through effective techniques to ensure accuracy.
Inspires the team and others through superb people management skills and leading by example.
Utilises our supplier network and lead management partners to maintain and grow pipeline to cover annual targets.
Experience in Vertical market or Regional segmentation of target customers is required.
Ideally the candidate will show a demonstrable track record in building new teams and creating a success based culture with both the customer and the team at its heart.
May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand
their needs and link them to the organisation's product/service strategies

: Telecoms / IT Sales Experience/ SDWan / UC / Connectivity
: Sales Leadership Experience
: Knowledge of Sales Methodologies and sales planning
: Experience in Building successful teams
: Ability to lead and win complex bids in the technology field
: Experience of working with Lead Generation Teams to maximise productivity
: Demonstrable leadership and development capabilities
: Attention to detail and good understanding of sales processes
: Knowledge of UK Connectivity and UC Market
: Wider knowledge of SD-WAN and other emerging technologies
: Access to Head Office in Manchester
: Network of known contacts and sales talent
: Salesforce experience
