In this pivotal role, you will work closely with both finance and non-finance teams across the organisation, driving key financial initiatives and ensuring the business meets its financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with non-finance teams internally and externally to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
- Manipulate and analyse large data sets to extract meaningful insights and inform business strategies.
- Develop and present clear, actionable financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis, with experience in handling large datasets.
