Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our HR Team as a HR Shared Services Recruitment Assistant on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis.

In this role you will be responsible for essential recruitment administration, working with our HR Shared Services team, hiring manager community and candidates, in order to deliver a leading recruitment service.

  • Sense checking job requisitions in the recruitment system (iTrent)
  • Posting job adverts to LTE Group websites
  • Uploading adverts to external job boards
  • Supporting and training hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Linking with HR Administration team on offer approval completions
  • Supporting candidates from application through to on-boarding

In order to do this role, you will need:

  • GCSE grades A - C in English & Mathematics or equivalent
  • Ideally from a recruitment administration background, either agency or in-house
  • Enthusiastic and out-going personality
  • Experience of iTrent an advantage
  • Detail focused
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Values the importance of a positive customer experience
  • Adept liaison ability with both external and internal clients at all levels
