Job Description
We are seeking a Civil and Structural Engineer with at least 6 years of industry experience. This role is based in our Manchester office and offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse, challenging projects, managing them from initial concept through to final implementation. Candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply, as we are open to placing them in suitable roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to civil and structural engineering projects from start to completion.
  • Prepare and review engineering designs, schemes, and calculations.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
  • Ensure all projects comply with the latest regulations and internal quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in civil or structural engineering (Candidates with different levels of experience will also be considered).
  • Chartered or near-Chartered status with IStructE (desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software.

Location:
This role is based in Manchester, and applicants must be prepared to work from our Manchester office, with flexibility around working hours and arrangements.

Compensation
We offer competitive salary packages based on experience and qualifications. The starting salary for a Chartered Engineer with 6 years of experience is provided as a guide.
