Salary: 29,286.00 - 32,216.00 per annum

The Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Assets, Environmental and Compliance team for an Voids Co Ordinator. For the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days' holiday, (rising 1 day per year of service up to 30 days) and a non-contributory healthcare cash plan.

The post holder will provide support with a full range of administrative and clerical services including:

Coordinate and manage the void process from tenancy termination to property re-let/sign-up stage.
Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, stakeholders and in-house maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of works.
Monitor and report on void performance metrics.
The entry and maintenance of data and records regarding services delivered by the team.
The preparation and distribution of written communications to contractors and stakeholders.
To support the delivery of maintenance / servicing programmes of work by undertaking administrative duties to process high volumes of appointments.
To show commitment to the highest standards of service delivery.
To work with colleagues and across teams to implement new ways of working
