Location: M18
Salary: £42,000 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
Bonus Structure:

• OFSTED performance bonus
• Occupancy bonus
• Performance bonus
  Potential Salary Increase: Up to £48,000 upon achieving performance targets.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager for our 2-bedroom Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home with an Outstanding OFSTED rating. The successful candidate will lead the team, ensuring the home meets high-quality care standards, supports the needs of the children, and complies with OFSTED regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff members, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
• Ensure all OFSTED guidelines are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of children with EBD.
• Maintain occupancy levels while delivering excellent care.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance within the home.
• Liaise with external agencies, families, and professionals to ensure the well-being of the children.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in an EBD or children s residential care setting.
• Proven track record of managing homes to an Outstanding OFSTED rating.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, children s legislation, and OFSTED standards.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred.
