Hays Construction & Property are delighted to be working alongside this National organisation in recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their business
Based in the Merseyside area, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Delivery Manager to join this well established and well recognised business and to take their career to the next level

You will be working on projects and schemes of work within the Social Housing sector, so you must have demonstrable and extensive experience working in this sector. You'll be working on schemes of work including Internal works, Responsive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and Voids. You will be a senior stakeholder in this business and have client facing experience, in addition to managing multiple levels and leading an effective and productive team
To be considered for this role, you must show that you have prior, and proven experience working not only at an Operations Delivery level, but also within the Social Housing Maintenance sector

You will ideally have experience working for Contractors previously, and be successful at leading and managing onsite Maintenance teams in the delivery of the aforementioned schemes of work
