Job Elements

• The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations within the production facility and warehouse.
• This role includes ensuring that all production and warehouse activities, such as inventory management, production support, and shipping, are conducted efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• The Supervisor will lead the production team, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and implement strategies to optimise operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, inventory management, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
