Salary from £42,429 to £50,656 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £54,295 pa inclusive of London allowance.

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join the Employer Engagement team as a Placements Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth implementation of placement years, the first of which will sit within the Department of Statistics. The post-holder will play a vital role in researching and developing opportunities to generate new placements, in the UK, as well as maintaining positive relationships with current employer contacts, ensuring that services are effective and adapt to changing circumstances. You will act as a point of contact for students, staff, partners and employers, taking care of enquiries and providing support and guidance.
With excellent organisational skills, you will demonstrate a good use of initiative and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high workload. Good presentation skills are also an asset, along with an understanding of employability skills, placements and higher education.
