Working Hours: Monday to Friday

This role is essential for supporting the smooth and effective functioning of our client s front-line operations through administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Execute daily tasks such as data entry, dispatch coordination, tracing, and sorting to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate support to internal departments, contributing to high-quality service standards.
• Process Adherence: Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulations.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve operational issues within defined guidelines, escalating where necessary.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy, preparing and validating reports to support operational insights.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or support role within logistics, operations, or a similar field.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail, planning, and communication skills.
• Attributes: Reliable, organised, and proactive, able to work effectively within a team to support seamless operations.
