Job Title: Process Operative
Location: Thetford
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (Week 1: 6am - 2pm, Week 2: 2pm - 10pm)
Salary: £12.67 per hour during training, rising to £13.25 per hour after full training

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring consistent and efficient performance.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet the company's standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete all necessary documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Participate in training sessions and engage in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of production processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Willingness to learn and successfully complete comprehensive training.
