Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Darlington salary up to £26,000

Your new role
Having sole responsibility for the Purchase ledger, whilst working closely with the finance team, including the Finance Controller, your key responsibilities will include:-

• Managing a busy ledger with 150+ repeat & key suppliers
• Maintaining accurate records of all suppliers
• Generating new suppliers on the ledger
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Assisting with supplier queries
• Multi-currency invoices
• Assisting with the admin of the company's fleet vehicles

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have 2+ years experience of working within Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable.
Having sole responsibility for the ledger you will be able to self-manage and be happy to take on responsibility for the suppliers.
Knowledge of Sage, Excel and foreign currency invoices will be a distinct advantage.
