Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor Manager for a full-time, permanent role at an amazing school in Corby. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in cover management, offering a key opportunity to lead and organize daily cover for teaching staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversea and manage the school's cover requirements on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and allocate cover supervisors to appropriate classes.
• Ensure all lessons are adequately covered in the absence of teaching staff.
• Liaise with teaching staff and leadership to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
• Manage cover staff rotas and schedules efficiently.
• Provide support and guidance to cover supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cover manager or similar role is essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
