Experience within recruitment isn t essential but you must have an understanding driving - so you maybe a transport planner or transport coordinator who understand driving hours, different types of driving work, you will need to be a professional, confident and a vibrant individual with a willingness to listen & learn from your colleagues, ultimately resulting in a long-term successful career within this expanding industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer

We specialize in providing high-quality staffing solutions to the driving industry, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our ongoing success.

You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process within our organisation. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for various job roles.
• Utilise various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific job roles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge to effectively advise clients and candidates on recruitment strategies and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
