Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives across the country. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales management, or a related role within the fire, security, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of fire and security solutions, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
