Technical Co-ordinator

Salary: 30,000- 35,000

Location: West Midlands

Working pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

We are representing a leading player in the FMCG space, known for their innovative digital ordering solution. This technology has rapidly expanded, operating across 350+ outlets and supporting 3,000+ locations nationwide. With ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Technical Co-ordinator to help scale their digital transformation efforts.

The Role:

As a Digital Deployment Technical Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the planning and execution of digital deployments. You will be key in onboarding new business locations and supporting the wider team with technical and operational tasks. Your responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and responding to digital deployment requests, assigning tasks, and tracking progress effectively.
  • Assisting with project onboarding, including setting up project plans, coordinating site surveys, and arranging technical visits.
  • Handling sales team requests, preparing presentations, and addressing ad-hoc deployment-related queries.
  • Coordinating with third-party suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and scheduling of equipment.
  • Supporting senior leadership with day-to-day tasks and assisting the Project Management Office in delivering projects efficiently

Who We're Looking For:

We need someone who is:

  • Experienced in Project Support: Proven track record in supporting IT or operational deployments with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Technically Proficient: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • A Skilled Communicator: Able to engage effectively across a busy team and interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accurate in handling financial tasks and data management.
  • Financially Savvy: Familiar with P&L management, costing, estimating, and billing processes.
  • A Collaborative Team Player: Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement.
