A dynamic and forward-thinking education recruitment services provider in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing efforts and enhance the brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (website, social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)
  • Manage and optimize our website and social media platforms to ensure maximum visibility and user engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising, etc.)
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the performance of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, content creators, designers) to create compelling digital content and messaging aligned with our brand and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure we remain innovative and competitive in the education space.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the education or recruitment sector or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Team management experience is preferred.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Appointment will be subject to DBS and right work work checks and satisfactory references.
