Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the entire team, ensuring a high standard of service and a welcoming atmosphere that meets the brand s values and reputation.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient running at all times.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive, motivated team environment that supports personal growth and high performance.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience, from the moment they walk in until they leave, by maintaining high standards in service, food, and ambience.
  • Compliance: Ensure the venue adheres to all health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy, high-volume hospitality venue, with a track record of success in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high standards in all aspects of the venue.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management within a hospitality setting, with experience in budget management and cost control.
