Interim Head of Repairs & Maintenance - North West - Council - 12 Months - 550 p/d - Hybrid I'm currently working with a Council in the North West who are looking to bring on an interim Head of Repairs on a 12 month contract to start within the next two weeks. Duties Of The Role - Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of repairs and planned maintenance which would include damp & mould, stock conditions, disrepair and voids. - Ensure statutory compliance is managed and monitored effectively. - Manage a large team of Surveyors tasked with carrying out property inspections to ensure the safety and compliance of homes. - Be responsible for checking the quality of raising works, liaising with the contractors and ensuring that the work is completed to Council and building standards. - You must have Council or Housing Association and have worked to Manager or Head of Level in the past to be qualified for the role.

The Successful Applicant Shall Receive

550 per day

12-month contract

Hybrid Working

Business Mileage (45p per mile)
