Marketing Content Specialist
Location: Coventry (hybrid working available)
Hours: 40 per week, typically Mon Fri, 8:30am 5:00pm
Salary: £40,000 £45,000, depending on experience
The Role: Marketing Content Specialist
Due to company growth and a shift in marketing direction, we are now recruiting a Marketing Content Specialist to join a fabulous team. In this role, you ll work closely with the Impact Specialist to implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) communications while overseeing the content needs for the Marketing team and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Studies: Manage and create case studies by gathering information from relevant teams or clients, organising resources such as photographers, and ensuring case studies are integral to the content strategy.
- Blog: Plan, write, and publish blog articles, collaborating with teams and third parties.
- White Papers: Develop and publish white papers as part of the content plan, gathering necessary data from internal and external sources.
- Research Reports: Assist in producing research reports for key audiences, including sourcing data from partners and clients.
- ABM Insight Documents: Work with the Impact Specialist to craft tailored content for prospects, collaborating with Business Development and Sales teams.
- Strategic Alliances: Liaise with external marketing agencies and partners to gather insights, attend events, and generate new contacts.
- Comms Calendar: Own and maintain the marketing communications calendar, delivering consistent value and insights to audiences.
- Email Newsletters: Create and manage e-newsletters, including data analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Pivot Magazine: Oversee production of the internal magazine, managing content creation, design, and post-production promotion.
- Website: Support website maintenance and ensure it serves as an effective marketing tool.
- Social Media: Manage LinkedIn content, ensuring regular posts are aligned with brand strategy.
- Ad Hoc Campaigns: Execute ad hoc email communications, generating engaging copy for campaigns.
- Research & Communication: Share relevant marketing news and research across the team and monitor industry trends.
- Events: Assist with both online and in-person events, providing support with marketing materials and event logistics.

Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Strong background in producing communications for senior audiences
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Proficiency in creating artwork for various media (direct mail, website, print, email, video)
- Experience working within an integrated marketing team
- A journalistic background is a plus
