Fabric multi traders required - self-employed - Carpentry Bias - with some knowledge of

plumbing and brick and ground works

The engineers need to come with their own vehicles and insurance, they would also need to provide an iPad and phone. We would issue them with uniform. They would then get paid an hourly rate and an arrival fee for each job they attend. The earning capabilities here ranges between 200- 350 per day so they can earn very well however need to cover their own set up costs. paid fortnightly

all works with be quoted and reactive.

minimum is 8hrs door to door - however hours very flexible

Essex - Kent - Surrey - Home counties

Permanent role - Immediate start available.

The work will mainly be completing aftercare maintenance work on newbuild properties around South East of England. You will be expected to carry out multi-trade services including painting & decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and jointing, siliconing and basic carpentry.

The jobs will cover Kent, Sussex, Surrey and some parts of Berkshire and London. Occasionally you might be required to stay overnight away from home, full notice will be given.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Daily start from home

The ideal candidate must have full clean UK driving licence, trade and multi-skill experience relevant to industry, valid CSCS card or willingness to gain, experience in troubleshooting / investigating and managing larger/complex jobs.

Salary 32k to 36k - depending on experience
