Our client, an international procurement business supporting life science companies, is seeking a Project Lead with a background in biotechnology to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and suppliers, managing equipment procurement needs and supporting new laboratory setups. With a focus on stakeholder management and project oversight, the role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Work experience in Life Sciences or Biotech industry
• Project management experience with strong organizational and planning skills
• Outgoing, determined, with excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Flexible work hours to support customers in the USA

As part of the role, the successful candidate will undergo thorough training to become an expert in the laboratory equipment category and develop negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing.
