Full National (WFH)
£40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Plus Commission

Overview
We are seeking a talented Sales/ Project Engineer with a passion for the fitness industry. The role involves managing projects across multiple departments, people, and contractors, and requires the ability to read and understand engineering drawings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their quality of work, maintains strong customer relationships, and possesses a good understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects involving multiple departments, people, and contractors
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Track budget spend, including sub-contract hours
- Build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure high quality standards and make timely decisions
- Understand customer expectations and deliverables, with awareness of the cost of poor quality
- Create and maintain project plans
- Develop and maintain customer relationships

Qualities looked for
- Good understanding of engineering principles and the ability to read engineering drawings
- Background in the fitness industry, particularly with exercise equipment
- Proven experience in Project Engineering/Project Management
- Ability to track budget spend and develop project plans
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Decision-making skills and quality-conscious mindset

Day-to-day
- Review and interpret engineering drawings
- Coordinate with multiple departments, people, and contractors for project execution
- Communicate with clients to understand and meet their expectations
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Track budget spend and manage relationships with subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality standards are met in all deliverables
- Make timely decisions to ensure project success
