Role Summary

Over the last year, our audience and marketing needs have grown at The Careers & Enterprise Company. We have seen a vast increase in communications both online and offline to multiple audiences in parallel with an expansion of our product offering.

We re now looking for an ambitious and tenacious Senior Marketing Officer to support the dynamic External Affairs team with work around the following key areas:

• Enhancing stakeholder engagement
• Supporting our key sector teams to improve our communications with Careers Hubs and the education and employer networks within them
• Developing our email marketing strategy
• Improving brand recognition

This is a brilliant role for someone who is a self-starter, able to work in a busy, agile and fast-paced environment and eager to learn and develop their career.

Working into the Digital Marketing Manager, this role involves leading and assisting with multiple projects through from brief to concept to implementation. You will operate at the heart of our external affairs effort by jointly leading the strategic planning of events and key company engagements, tied into to our company corporate calendar.

The successful candidate will have approximately 2 4 years experience with an energetic ambition to support the development of an effective marketing strategy and creative for a social enterprise company. You will have solid problem-solving instincts and a strong attention to detail, relish the opportunity to collaborate and be able to turn your hand to any task depending on the brief.

Overall, you will be passionate and determined about driving relevant and impactful work for The Careers & Enterprise Company and its audiences.
