Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading maintenance company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new Site Manager to join their team covering all repairs projects in North London.

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a team of operatives covering all repairs maintenance across the North London area.

Duties:

  • Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including scheduling, costings, and budget management.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Oversee project direction, ensuring compliance with client specifications, reviewing progress, and liaising with the Commercial Manager to monitor costs.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements, policies, financial procedures, procurement, and framework rules to mitigate risks.
  • Regularly review project statuses to ensure projects are on track within agreed timescales.
  • Raise quotations for works.
  • Design and quote efficiently for commercial heating systems.
  • Promote and enforce health and safety practices, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Directly manage Site Supervisors to ensure effective day-today project management.
  • Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and representatives to update them on project progress.

Key Knowledge:

  • Gas Safe Passport (CPA1, COCDN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, BMP1, CORT1)
  • Knowledge of boiler houses and plant rooms in a commercial setting, dealing with a range of plant room sizes from 100Kw to 5Mw (combined)
  • SMSTS/SSSTS certification
  • Previous management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading on-site and driving performance.
  • Experience in working within a social housing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.
