Job Title: Team Manager Post Approval Team
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £48,500 per annum
Location: Cockfosters Office until January 2025 and then moving to Coram Campus Bloomsbury with home working

About Coram IAC
Coram IAC - Intercountry Adoption Centre has been part of the Coram Group of children's charities, since July 2023.We have been working with families adopting from across the world for over 26 years. Coram IAC is a charity, not-for-profit and an accredited, legally registered adoption agency. We run outstanding services to support children and families affected by adoption. With the majority of our adopters being from the global majority backgrounds adopting from countries they are connected to; our staff team also reflect this diversity. We have had three consecutive outstanding judgements from Ofsted Inspections.
About the role
We're looking for a passionate, dynamic leader to join us as the Post Approval Adoption Team Manager and make a real difference in the lives of children and families as they move through their adoption journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a small but vibrant team of senior practitioners and support staff, helping to deliver high quality intercountry adoption services while working alongside a dedicated leadership team. Whether you're supporting adopters as they prepare for their match or providing ongoing support after adoption orders are granted, you'll play a key role in shaping the future for these families.
We re looking for someone who is passionate about adoption, and motivated to support families to best meet the needs of the children they adopt. You ll have a strong background in social work specialising in adoption and some experience in managing staff, and you ll bring a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
