Associate Director, Nottingham, MRICS, Building Surveying, Building Surveyor

Your new company
You will work for a reputable surveying organisation based in Nottinghamshire. They have been operating for 7 years and have experienced significant growth. They work across a range of sectors including commercial, retail, public sector and residential. They work with a split across both professional services and project work.
Your new role
You will work as a senior member within the team, developing new business, as well as servicing existing clients. You will work with condition surveys, party wall, design specification, dilapidations and project management. You will work in a team of surveyors, ranging from graduate to Director level, helping with team management if that is something you wish to do.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within Building Surveying and be keen to develop your career with a local market leader. You will be MRICS qualified, and have experience in both project management and professional services. You will be keen to develop business, as well as working with existing clients and continue that customer service.
