Your new company

Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you'll play a crucial role in managing outstanding debt. Your responsibilities will include handling debtor performance, chasing outstanding debts via email and phone, managing special accounts, and ensuring effective credit control processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively chase overdue payments through various channels.

Manage special accounts, including reconciliations and self-billing portals.

Implement credit sanctions, handle banking transactions, and allocate payments.

Resolve disputes and process credits efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

You have a passion for credit control and have 2 years+ experience.

Really understand what it means to be a team player.

Thoroughly enjoy solving complicated problems and delivering complete solutions.

Focus and determination whilst maintaining absolute professionalism.

What you'll get in return

Basic salary of £28,000 with performance-related incentives (circa £1,800).
