Hours: Monday- Friday- 9.00am - 5.30pm, Occasional Saturday cover- 9.00am - 4.00pm with day off in week

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator / Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth property transactions from instruction to offer acceptance to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a pipeline of property sales, liaising with all parties involved including buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
  • Proactively chasing and updating all parties to maintain momentum in the sales process
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues before they become obstacles to completion
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to management
  • Contributing to the agency's reputation for excellence in customer service

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with:

  • Proven experience in estate agency sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • A full, clean UK driving licence for occasional property visits
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in the sales process
  • Proficiency in relevant property software and MS Office suite
