Your new role
You will work as a Landlord and Tenant Surveyor, based in their East Midlands office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and advising on landlord and tenant matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maximising the value of our clients' property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed property inspections and surveys.
  • Preparing and negotiating lease agreements and renewals.
  • Advising clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring.
  • Providing expert advice on landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and regulations.
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation for clients.
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive property solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • MRICS qualification or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in landlord and tenant matters.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
