Job description

At PAM UK, we are looking for a Communications Partner to join our People Experience team. The role will be responsible for shaping and implementing our internal communications strategy, focussing on engaging, and impactful communications.

You'll be producing high level communications in multiple medias including; social media, videos and newsletters. We're also looking for someone to come in with fresh, new and exciting ideas of implementing new ways of communication, assisting with our talent attraction and retention.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track-record in developing and executing internal communication strategies, as well as the ability to craft compelling narratives.

The role is office-based currently in our brand new offices in Nottingham.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Creativity: you'll be able to generate innovative and engaging content
• You'll be comfortable with digital tools and technology, including AI applications
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that is aligned with business objectives and purpose
• Develop dynamic and interesting communications tailored for various stakeholders within and outside of the organisation
• Play a key role in the companies digital transformation journey, leveraging technology and AI for enhanced communication
• Working closely with our people and marketing teams to align a consistent and unified brand image
