As a Clinic Manager, you will:

• Oversee full operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high care and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and prepare the clinic for audits.
• Instigate continuous improvement activities at both clinic and management levels.
• Manage finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control.
• Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with referring client organisations and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal Clinic Manager will have:

• Level 1 Nurse registration with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
• At least 5 years of experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a senior level.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
• Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for independent healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
