Graduate Hardware/Software Engineers - Oxfordshire

Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Graduate Hardware and/or Software Engineers to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have the chance to contribute to the success of this fantastic organisation.

Responsibilities
Resolving customer problems, creating support documentation, demonstrating products, testing new products, developing application solutions, and identifying opportunities for improved products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Perform acceptance testing of new products and software to verify correct operation, prior to release to the market.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications
Degree qualification in an engineering or technical discipline (electronics, mechanical, automotive or physics would be desirable
Good mathematical ability in Pure and Applied maths i.e., Earth coordinate systems, basic Calculus, geometry & algebra
Ability and interest in investigating and understanding complex technical issues and problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Day-to-day
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects
Analyse data and prepare reports for management
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
