Job description
Role: Human Resources Business Partner
Salary: £46,000 plus £7,500 car allowance
Location: Home based with travel between sites 2-3 days a week
We re looking for a HR professional with a "can do" attitude, ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified (or Level 5 with strong HRBP experience). A background in handling complex ER issues, including ACAS conciliation and tribunal cases, along with solid experience in TUPE, is essential. Strong coaching abilities, commercial insight, and an analytical approach to problem-solving are also key. A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are required, as you ll travel frequently between sites.
Our client is a rapidly growing leader in Healthcare Service solutions, working closely with NHS, Local Authorities, and Social Care Organisations, to provide fully outsourced Community Equipment Services that reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve patient experiences. With a national network of service centres spanning the UK, from the North and Midlands to the South East and South West.
In this home-based role, you will travel regularly (between two - three days per week) to our various service centres, providing essential HR support to onsite managers. Your expertise will guide them in areas like employee relations (ER), TUPE, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, and more.
You will work directly with managers, coaching and advising to meet contract delivery objectives and tackle complex people issues, ensuring a seamless and legally compliant process. As HRBP, you will play a key role in ongoing HR projects across the organisation, contributing to strategic objectives and process improvements.
