Project Manager (Housing)

Job description

My Local Authority client in Oxfordshire are seeking a Property Professional to lead the forward planning and delivery of construction and maintenance projects. This will primarily be focused on the Housing assets but may include works to other areas of the Councils portfolio.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- To manage and deliver maintenance and project works to quality standard

- Produce specifications and scopes of work, as required for works

- Undertake building inspections and condition surveys to develop and manage a forward maintenance register to capture, plan, prioritise and budget for future maintenance and project works

- Experience of HHSRS is required

This role falls Outside IR35.
