Role: Relief Chef de Partie

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary / Rate of pay: 16 to 17 per hour

Platinum Recruitment are currently looking for a Relief Chef de Partie to assist a 4-star hotel just outside the city centre of Oxford on a temporary basis, for a period of 1 week.

Accommodation is not available on this assignment therefore you must be able to commute to Oxford area daily, however, we do also recruit chefs for other assignments nationwide if you'd like to see a different part of the country!

  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
