Senior Building Surveyor - Central Oxford location with clear progression!

A multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in both private and public clients, with a beautifully located Oxford office, are currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to boast their team.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor, with well-rounded discipline experience and can hit the ground running on projects.

The successful Senior Building Surveyors' role

As the chosen Senior Building Surveyor, you'll work on a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, health, education, residential, and community schemes.

The successful Building Surveyor will handle a wide range of responsibilities across multiple sectors. You will be instrumental in delivering services, managing projects from inception through to completion, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Person specification

  • MRICS qualified ideally (not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • A construction consultancy background is essential
  • Confident in contract administration and spec writing
  • Good communication - both written and verbal
