Senior Asset Change Manager
Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: 48,250 - 55,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

AWE is currently recruiting for a Senior Asset Change Manager for the Information, Configuration & Knowledge Management team.
The role of the Senior Asset Change Manager is to drive efficient delivery of Asset Change Management requests on behalf of a business unit or project, whilst maintaining the correct balance between delivery and governance.
You will be expected to manage changes with awareness and compliance to the nuclear license conditions, conventional industry safety and environmental regulations.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who have a working knowledge of project or change delivery and an interest in working in a regulated environment.
Who are we looking for?
We do need you to have the following:
- Change Management experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Leadership experience
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Decision maker with proven problem solving capability
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
- Project Management experience
- NC/HND/Graduate level qualification or equivalent in business management, project management, construction industry, manufacturing Industry, environmental or health and safety related discipline.
- Experience of working within a regulated environment
- Experience and knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment.
You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Hybrid working is available for this role on an informal, non-contractual basis. Typically 2-3 days onsite per week.
