Are you ready to take charge of service operations across the UK, while making an impact on a global scale? Our client, a rapidly expanding business with a portfolio of diverse product brands, is looking for a dynamic Field Service Manager to lead their UK service team and drive growth.

As the Field Service Manager, you'll manage a team of Field Service and Repair Engineers, taking responsibility for all service operations in the UK. This is a pivotal role where you'll create and implement innovative service plans to boost revenue and profitability across all our clients product range. While many of these brands are manufactured at their facility, others are produced across EMEA and the US, adding a global dimension to your role.

As the Field Service Manager you will;

  • Grow Service Revenue: Develop service strategies that meet customer needs for annual & preventative servicing.
  • Lead a High-Performance Team: Manage, motivate, and grow a team of skilled engineers across the UK.
  • Global Reach: Support technically complex UK-manufactured products on an international level.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for you to demonstrate to be shortlisted for the Field Service Manager?

  • We re searching for a hands-on, technically minded leader with a strong background in service management.
  • You ll need excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to juggle the demands of both UK and global service operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical products, the manufacturing process and moreover the repair and maintenance processes in line with industry standards
