Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Will Writing Fee Earner into their Sheffield Office.

You will need to have at least 3-4 years experience handling your own caseload of wills and probate files and duties will include.

• Handling your own caseload of LPAs, Will Writing , Court of Protection and Estate and Trusts Administration
• Attending meetings with and taking instructions from clients
• Providing advice to clients on inheritance and capital gains tax issues
• Advising clients on all matters relating to Wills, Trusts, and Probate
• Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior team members
