Summary of the role
Diligenta are currently looking for an experienced Incident Analyst with a preferable background in financial experience. This is a key role that involves providing support to the Technical Consultants and Risk Events Managers to ensure that Risk Events are managed effectively across the business area. You will also be supporting an effective culture of identification, reporting and management of operational controls in line with the Diligenta's Control framework.

What you'll be doing
- Using existing processes to address/resolve technical calculation queries from customers (internal) and risk events in order to meet expected service standards
- Monitoring and processing data
- Controlling the flow of outputs to ensure everything is issued in a timely manner
- Ensuring the quality of statements meets the required standards
- Supporting a subset of Technical Centre Risk Events.
- Supporting the creation of various Reports and Management Information.
- Monitoring and work various regular control reports covering customer process controls to business financial controls.
- Key Stakeholders needs are understood, expectations managed, and requirements are met
What we're looking for
Experience:
- Previous financial services experience is required
- Pensions or Life experience is desirable
Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of evaluating complex data to inform decision-making
- Good knowledge of Excel including formulas and pivot tables
- Confidence to challenge and engage constructively with stakeholders
- Curious mindset with the ability to explore all possibilities during investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and innovative problem-solving
- Strong team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
