Job description

Financial Controller, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office based, Bridgwater, £(phone number removed) (DOE), company pension scheme, contractual sick pay, 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team, ensuring proffessional development and best performance.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle the year-end audit process.
