Job Opportunity: Practice Nurse (Locum)
Location: Bath
Type: Locum Position
Availability: 3 to 5 days per week, starting immediately
Hourly Rate: £32 - £40 per hour

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Practice Nurse to join our team on a locum basis. However, even if you don t hold the title of Practice Nurse, if you have experience in managing chronic conditions, child immunisations, and Cytology training, we d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Perform essential procedures such as Cytology (smear tests) and manage long-term conditions.
• Provide child immunisation services and support primary care interventions.
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, following all practice protocols.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven clinical experience, ideally as a Practice Nurse or similar.
• Expertise in Cytology, chronic disease management, and child immunisation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to address various clinical needs.
