Your new role
They are looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant with a 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills. The role will be working closely with the Finance Controller.

  • Reviewing invoices received from all suppliers for accuracy, appropriate level of approval, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Weekly / monthly bank reconciliations.
  • VAT, Intrastat Returns.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to resolve queries.
  • Processing the payment runs on a weekly basis.
  • Processing intercompany recharges.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Recent and relevant experience of the above accountabilities and duties.
  • Make recommendations regarding improvements to quality and increased efficiency, productivity, and standard work.
  • Either studying or looking to study towards a professional accounting qualification.
