Sales Administrator, Permanent, Cardiff, £22,500 - £23,000, Monday to Friday, 35 hours, office-based

Your new role
We are looking for a highly organised, hardworking Sales Administrator to join our Finance team. The Sales Administration will support the Sales and Manufacturing side of the business to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities - Sales Administration:

  • Log and action customer web, email and telephone orders (Trade & Retail)
  • Raise orders and dispatch notes in an accurate and timely manner
  • Take credit card payments as required
  • Check stock and advise customers of dispatch dates
  • Assist in arranging shipments
  • Ensure technical product queries are logged and distributed to technical colleagues


What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong customer focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Finance systems
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent role based in Cardiff, it's an office-based role, hours of work are 35 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, early finish on a Friday at 2.30pm, 1 hour for lunch each day. The role is paying £22,500 - £23,000 depending on experience.
