Your New Role
As a Senior Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit control function. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the credit control team and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Developing and implementing credit control policies and procedures.

Conducting credit checks on new customers and monitoring existing customer accounts.

Managing and resolving any issues related to overdue accounts.

Preparing regular reports on credit control performance and presenting them to senior management.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of credit control processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Sage 50 and MS Office.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
