Job Responsibilities:In this role, you will be a key part of our Administration team, providing support in various ways, such as:

• Assisting the administration and marketing teams with a range of tasks
• Handling reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls
• Maintaining and updating practice databases
• Communicating with clients and team managers

Candidate Profile:We are looking for someone who:

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Can follow instructions efficiently and proactively
• Works well under pressure
• Is committed to delivering excellent service to clients
• Is friendly and communicates clearly with both colleagues and clients
• Has strong time management skills and can prioritise tasks effectively
