Smile Education are delighted to be working with a Secondary school in Stafford and supporting in them in their search for a new Science Teacher to work on a long term, full time basis .

Requirements for this Science role in Stafford:

• Bachelor's degree in Science (QTS required)
• Experience in teaching Sciences to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver an excellent standard of Science lessons
• Maintain a good learning environment
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Supervise and support the work of teaching assistants and other support staff.
