Job Summary
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.

Receiving and distributing incoming mail and delivery.

Providing general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.

Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Updating and maintaining office records and databases.

Handling enquiries from clients and providing accurate information.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
