Location: Ipswich
Salary: £35,500 - £40,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

What You'll Do
  • Patient-Centered Care: Conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and deliver interventions that support patients in achieving their goals.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with health and social care professionals to ensure holistic, seamless care.
  • Resource Management: Ensure all necessary equipment is available and maintained to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, professional records that meet industry standards.
  • Team Contribution: Share your knowledge, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and work collaboratively to support continuous improvement.
About You

You ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Clinical Expertise: Strong skills in OT assessments and interventions, backed by excellent clinical reasoning.
  • Self-Motivation: Confident in working independently, setting priorities, and managing risks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficient with IT systems and aware of relevant legislation in the healthcare space.
  • Bonus: Experience in a relevant setting such as neurorehabilitation or brain injury care.
